Our professional team’s goal is to obtain the best results possible for our clients. Sometimes that can be achieved through advanced and intense negotiation. However, when such attempt fails we are ready to go ahead. We take more complex business disputes to trial or arbitration hearing per year than any other firm in Mongolia. We are driven by outcome with cost efficiency while our first priority stands for quality of our services. We truly understand that the best outcome for a given client may not always be an award after a full hearing. We take seriously our responsibility to conceive creative mechanisms to settle arbitration disputes in a manner that will best meet our client’s commercial objectives.
